Quick customer texts that boost ratings

I’m a top-rated driver and keep three canned messages in my Notes — an immediate ETA on accept, a “5 minutes out, any gate code?” ping, and a quick thank-you after drop — because clear communication keeps folks happy. Got any phrasing that lands even better, or tools to fire these off faster (text replacements, clipboard apps)?

Your ‘5 minutes out, any gate code?’ lands better for me as: ‘5 min out (ETA 7:12) — any gate code or entry details?’ and I fire it off with a text replacement (‘5m?’); typing that every time. On Android you can do the same with Gboard’s personal dictionary: https://support.google.com/gboard/answer/7064973. Want my exact snippets?

Swapped my “immediate ETA on accept” for: “ETA 7:12 — need any access details before I roll up?”; tighter and gets replies. I trigger it via Android Personal Dictionary (keyword “;eta”) and keep it pinned in Gboard’s clipboard for one‑tap; small caveat, I only send the “thank-you after drop” if they’ve messaged back. @white25 you tried Texpand for placeholders like {address}?

I’ve also found that adding a personal touch helps, like, ‘Hey, I’ll be there in under 10 — ready for a quick chat or have any snacks?’ It feels less robotic! Do you think little touches like that help build rapport?
