Twice today in Midtown around 5 pm, customers told me my “on the way — 8 min out” note popped up for them and they met me curbside right on time. I rely on quick check-ins to keep a 5-star streak, and this felt like a nice boost — anyone else noticing this change and faster handoffs?
Same here — my ‘on the way — 8 min out’ ping is getting folks curbside; I add car color and which side of the street to the note and it saves about 2 minutes. Caveat: secured lobbies still slow things down; are you seeing it work there?
I’ve started editing the ETA at the 3–4 min mark to add the exact corner and a visual (“NE corner of 51st & 3rd — blue RAV4, hazards on”), and curbside handoffs are faster… Small caveat: if it’s a key-fob or staffed lobby, I switch to a quick call because those filters sometimes hide the note. Anyone else seeing the note appear on the lock screen now?
