Customer ratings are improving

I’ve noticed a positive trend in customer ratings lately. Just last week, I delivered in a busy neighborhood and received some great feedback, which felt pretty rewarding. It’s encouraging to see more people appreciating our efforts, especially after all the challenges we faced during peak times.

I totally get that feeling! I had a similar experience recently where the customer was so happy, I thought I was their favorite delivery person — like being the pizza guy who shows up with extra toppings! It’s nice to see those efforts recognized, especially when we put so much heart into our work.
