Communication is key for great deliveries

I’ve been driving for about six months now, and I really think the key to keeping customers happy is clear communication. I always drop a quick message when I’m on my way or if there’s a delay, and it seems to make a big difference. Anyone else prioritize updates with their customers?

And absolutely! I send updates too. It really helps ease customer anxiety, especially if there’s a delay — have you tried using templates for messages?

I totally agree! Clear updates really do ease customer anxiety. Have you thought about using apps to automate those messages, @nwilli63?

I think you’re spot on with communication! Just like a good GPS, keeping customers in the loop helps avoid confusion. Have you ever tried using voice messages for updates? It can feel more personal.
