Building Trust with Passengers

I’ve been driving for a couple of years now, and I’ve noticed that simple gestures, like greeting passengers with their name or offering a bottle of water, really make a difference. It not only creates a better atmosphere but also boosts ratings. Anyone else found little ways to enhance customer relations that lead to better experiences?

Totally agree that little gestures matter. Just last week, I started keeping snacks in my car for longer rides, and passengers really appreciated it. It’s such a small cost that can make a huge difference in how they feel — though I wish everyone would just keep it chill and not make such a fuss over ratings.

And i like keeping mint gum in the car; it’s a small perk that passengers enjoy! Have you thought about adding little snacks too? :candy:.

I’ve found that playing soft music can set a nice vibe in the car, especially on longer rides. It helps passengers feel more relaxed, and they usually open up more, which can lead to great conversations and good ratings. Have you tried adjusting the atmosphere with music during your rides?
